It passed but was still hot to talk about, all-new 2011 Honda CR-Z Sport Hybrid Coupe already hit U.S. showrooms on August 24, 2010, with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price starting at $19,250 plus a destination and handling charge of $750 for a total of $19,950 or about €16,275.
The Honda CR-Z Sport Hybrid Coupe offered exclusively with a mild-hybrid drivetrain comprising of a 102HP 1.5-liter iVTEC 4-cylinder engine and a 20HP electric motor that deliver a combined output of 122HP and 128 lb-ft. of torque at 1,000 to 1,500 rpm with the standard six-speed manual gearbox and 123 lb-ft with the optional CVT that costs $650 and includes steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
Interior equipped standard features on the base grade include an AM/FM/CD/USB audio system with six speakers, automatic climate control, power windows and door locks, remote entry and cruise control.
In addition also at the EX grade adds a 360-watt AM/FM/CD high-power audio system with seven speakers including a subwoofer, Bluetooth, leather steering wheel and more. As an $1,800 option, Honda offers a Satellite-Linked Navigation System with Voice Recognition.
